TORONTO, January 28, 2022 – Olive Resource Capital Inc. (“Olive” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: OC) is pleased to announce the appointment of Red Cloud Securities Inc. (“Red Cloud”) to provide market making services in accordance with TSX Venture Exchange (“TSX-V”) policies.

Under the market making services agreement (the “Agreement”), Red Cloud will trade the securities of the Company on the TSX-V for the purpose of maintaining an orderly market. 

In consideration of the services provided by Red Cloud, the Company will pay Red Cloud a monthly cash fee of $5,000, and the Agreement will continue in effect unless terminated by either party with 30 days’ notice. Olive and Red Cloud are unrelated and unaffiliated entities. Red Cloud will not receive shares or options as compensation. The capital used for market making will be provided by Red Cloud.
