(TSXV: NVV) (the “Company“) announces that it has completed a vertical amalgamation with its wholly owned subsidiary, Olive Resource Capital Inc., effective December 30, 2021. On January 13, 2022, the Company’s name will change from “Norvista Capital Corporation” to “Olive Resource Capital Inc.” The Company’s stock symbol on the TSX Venture Exchange will also change to TSXV: OC. The CUSIP number assigned to the common shares of the Company following the name change is 680767100.
